The standard cleaning process includes:
- Litter pick all communal areas within stairwells, lifts and landings including entrance steps
- Sweep and mop with hot water all internal hard floor including vinyl and concrete floors, including lift areas, external stairwell foyer area, entrance tiles and/or steps
- Vacuum all internal communal carpeted floors (refer to schedule for exact addresses)
- Remove all cobwebs within communal areas including main communal entrance
- Dust down all common ledges, dado rails, windowsills, light fittings and pipe runs where accessible.
- Where applicable, clean glass on internal corridor/landing pass doors (both sides)
- Wipe down both sides of front stairwell door and internal side of back stairwell door, door foyer, entry doors, entry phone plates, door handles and door glass
- Clean and wipe down wall tiles and on ground floor
- Clean all communal light fittings located on walls
- Clean all communal door handles and kick plates
- Replace doormats upon completion of works
- Sign and date cleaning log (on wall in foyer)
